Bring back tournament software or Make the app User friendly
This is the first review i have ever left in my life for anything but this is frustrating enough to take time out of my day to tell you this sucks. Whenever my friends and i want to know the results of tournaments, we play rock paper scissors and the loser has to go through the pain of using this app.
Why is it that every time i press the back button it scrolls me back to the beginning of the month? Why is it sometimes multiple draws are input and never fixed so there can be 2 MS draws but only 1 is real.
Why is it i can’t search specific players on the ranking page and have to scroll or go to the players tab? Tournament layout was really nice with tournament software before, we couldn’t at least come up with a similar UI to make it seamless when looking further into the draw? Every time i scroll sideways into the draw the page jumps up down and all around, who does this guy play next? Who knows.
Also there is no alternative to this besides opening it on my computer.
If this comes off as rude i apologize, i simply hoped these bugs would be fixed after this app has been live for so long. Most of these issues have been present from the beginning and have not been addressed. Hopefully someone sees this and gets started on those long overdue updates. Do whatever you need to do because right now this is hard to watch.

Very difficult to use
The app is a great idea but the functionality is dreadful. Trying to view a tournament draw is tortuous - scrolling to find a player, move across to view next round and it jumps back to the top. Very hard to see more than a very small part of each draw.
Next match never updates and shows the match just played. Live scores only show selected tournaments and in the individual tournaments no way to only have the ‘In Play’ games on same screen - you need to scroll up and down between them. The old Tournament Software functionality was streets ahead of this but sadly bwf disabled access to that!

Players data no updated
The app is hanging and not updating. Player data and H2H live data are also outdated, and the status updates are delayed.

It would be a pleasant for users that have love badminton to be allowed to add up to at least 10 players. 5 isn’t enough unfortunately. Thank you so much if changes are to be made.

Badminton fans really need a better app. So much wasted time scrolling! The dynamic step-by-step view of the draw is absolute garbage. First of all, why is the main draw at the bottom? Why is it impossible to move round by round without the automatic scrolling to the top? Weird auto scroll when trying to look at a specific bracket in the draw. The designers seem to have never used tournamentsoftware, which worked completely fine! What a sad downgrade!!

Event Calendar Order
The event did not show the latest one at the top. Instead, it shows the old one at the top. And every time I saved the filter (my preference), it is gone the next time I open the app.

Everytime open need to set again show many game junior for what
Interface & content can be better
Interface & content can be improved. Puzzling why some basic information is missing, for example age of players, height, country of birth, left/right hander etc. Info on event show grade 1,2,3 but not series 100,200, etc. Providing both would be good, also points to be earned for bwf ranking? Clink calendar button should go to current event & not to 1st event of the month (typically over!). Splitting “All Players” & “Main Draw” serves little purpose, from “All players”, it should link to the draw. That will be more click (user) friendly. Last but not least, scrolling the main draw to see how a player advance each round & who they play is tedious, the way it is currently organized (view not “connected”). Feedback for your consideration.

Somehow gets worse with each update.
Badly designed app
Impossible to find the draw of a tournament or all related info on the players. Look at the ATP tennis app and take some tips from there!
Please add widget
Maybe you can consider to add widgets for homescreen so you can see your fave’s stats/upcoming tournaments/etc
Laggy and unstable
Scoreline is not up to date, unstable browser. Just a small scroll and the whole page move to the bottom.
