First Time User
This was my first order using the BR app. For some reason, every time I tried to add some shirts into my basket, the app crashed and kicked me out. Very frustrating. I’ve also had issues with the Reward Club not working properly. That said, my order arrived the next day as I’d asked.

Post code
Tried several time to use the post code box to identify a ASDA store to pick up from, kept saying both post code and City no recognisable, Post code being DE75 7TA and City being Derby
Can’t use Asda toyou
There are still plenty of glitches to the app, stopping you from returning to the Home Screen and not opening the keyboard when required. When trying to use Asda toyou, it will not recognise any stores or towns/cities
Not as advertised
Thought I’d give it a go due to the 10% offer off the first order. The code doesn’t work that’s showing on the site.
Great Range, Quality and fit
There is an extensive range of clothes and styles, made to good quality and finish and at 6ft4 and 22 stone the fit at 3xl is perfect.

Great shop but app is awful!
This app really didn’t feel secure, kept coming up with errors when trying to checkout. Really difficult and clunky - almost gave up as didn’t feel confident that my order would go through successfully even if I managed to get to pay! I had a large red box come up saying error and FRAUD which didn’t help to instil any confidence in this app. Would think twice about using this again and wouldn’t recommend.

Dysfunctional App
Took me an hour to order 1 item, kept deleting my card details when picking a click and collect point and still didn’t put where I wanted to collect it from but from a different one from a past order….. Soooo frustrating!!!
They don’t homer carers
I chose this site to shop on as it allows us carers discount ! Only to shop on their site and discover at checkout the carers discount doesn’t work !!!
