Why doesn’t it have a texting messaging feature? That way I can use Google translate to understand what the drivers are saying

Chán thật sự đặt đồ ăn cả tiếng đồng hồ k được lúc thì quán k hoạt động, lúc thì shipper ở quá xa k giao được. Nếu đơn k có khả năng giao thì huỷ luôn đi bắt người mua phải đợi k dám đặt đơn khác . Nhịn bố nó bữa trưa búc xúc thật

Quá tệ

Đặt hàng ở Đà Lạt 1 tiếng hơn đến giờ vẫn chưa có đồ ăn, 1 lần huỷ sau 20p kiểm tra, 1 lần nữa từ 18h20 đến 18h46 hiện tại vẫn ko có tiến triển gì. Trải nghiệm siêu tệ, không nên sử dụng

HUỶ ĐƠN VÔ TỘI VẠ

Liên tục có tình trạng xác nhận đơn hàng xong huỷ đơn. Làm ăn tắc trách. Nếu xác định không giao được, không bán được thì đừng nhận đơn, để còn đặt quán khác. Đợi lố giờ rồi mới huỷ đơn thì tìm đâu ra quán. 1 sao

the app was great, fast delivery. I would rated 5 stars if it has the tips section, sadly couldn’t find it.

Fix the distance issue

I keep getting the wrong distance from where my address is to the restaurant and when I go to order it show the correct one this is rlly inconvenient

Hi, BAEMIN is very sorry for for the unpleasant experience. The algorithm initially estimates the distance from your location to the restaurant, then the app uses Google map service to determine the driver's actual distance traveled to calculate. BAEMIN is working hard to improve the algorithm more and more accurately, hope you continue to support BAEMIN's service.

Worst food delivery app ever

Hard to use, not many good restaurants. This company bought out vietnammm, a far superior app for ease of navigation and speed. This app is terrible and everyone I know has stopped using it. Use Foody instead, much more straightforward and easy to use.

Hate this app

This app does not work right. Cannot correct incorrect info, loaded wrong address and on top of that could not get through to an English speaker. Vietnammm was sooooo much better. You all need to get this stuff corrected.

Not easy to use

There is no way to browse restaurants. You can only search for them. A large number of the restaurants are closed. Also I chose English language but half of the app is still in Vietnamese.
