Again order not made
The app is will charge you and take a tip, but multiple times I’ve used it and the order never said it was ready and it was or the food was just never made. There should also be an option to tip after pick up based on the service experience.
Missing many options
There are no options for ordering regular bread—only bagels and wraps. No option to add salt and pepper. The team also could be better about actually reading the instructions.
Needs some updates
Once an item is in the cart, the app does not allow any changes to that item. It would be a great update for the future. Sometimes people want to adjust an item in the cart without having to delete that item and redo it completely.
closed early
if you’re closing early then the app shouldn’t accept new orders. service is going downhill recently
Easy and excellent
App is easy to use and solves for waiting on line at this excellent bagel shop
