Poorly Designed app
First the bagels are good. Not knocking the food quality. But this app is just terrible. Starts off with creating an account just to have the app basically function as a web browser to order via their website. Even prompts you to sign into an account while signed in via the app but uses different authentication methods. If you are going to order online it’s best to just avoid the app and go directly to the site.
