Place never seems to fail, might be intimidating ordering for your first time but it actually runs extremely smooth and is quick fresh food!!

Functional, but missing features
The app works well and the design is clean. But it seems silly you can’t apply bagelman gift cards to your balance when ordering in the app.
Long time when ordering
Good is great, I order and it’s ready more than an hour later, that is too long .
Can’t login or create account to place orders on the app ?
Just recently tried to order on the app and for some reason I needed to login my information again. It won’t take my Facebook info and won’t let me create a chownow count so I can place my orders ? I don’t mind going inside to order but with how busy my job gets at times (I’m a mailman) and how busy it’ll get inside the store it’s easier to order through the app and have it ready once I get there and be in my way. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong ? I always enjoy the food and service is great just need help with my login for the app

Great concept
Great idea. We love bagel man however it’s quicker to go to the store, order your food, and wait for it. Just ordered on the app and it told me my order would be ready in 26 minutes. Sometimes you have to wait a while in line and for your order when you go in, but never 26 minutes! Also, not all options are on the app either. Great idea but needs some improvements!

I use this app all the time! The place is crazy busy and it’s nice to just walk up to the counter for my order.....however something happened to the app, and there is no longer a section for “special instructions “. I like my egg scrambled and there used to be a place to type that in, there no longer is. I called and let them know, but nothing has changed! It is such a great idea. Hope someone fixes it soon. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn’t help.

super easy and APPLE PAY!
I was sitting waiting for my food after waiting in line, ordering, and paying when I thought it'd be cool if there was a BagelMan app.. I looked around and there was a flyer pointing me to this app. I gotta say I love it! Easy to browse, order and pay. Plus I can use Apple Pay!
