I keep getting a processing error at the checkout. Tried different cards payments but no luck
Triple check your order
This app can and will randomly change your order after finishing a bagel. I found this out the hard way when I ordered a Jersey shore and had to throw away the top half of the bagel when it decided to randomly change the cheese to birthday cake. I, as well as three other people, watched the order and saw black truffle selected. The regular bagel was wrong as well, having switched the cream cheese to jalapeño scallion rather than regular scallion. Thank you for a waste of over 20 dollars.

no Apple Pay is crazy work brother. i can’t think of a single other app that doesn’t have it except like, amazon. please hire a better coder too there’s so many weird things with the website and app
Easy to use
Easy to use! Just wish there was a way to ask for the bagels to be extra toasted :)
Not user friendly and annoying to use
I tried to create an account and it won’t let you login to complete the order until you confirm the email link. I repeatedly refreshed my email and checked spam and did not get an email, so after wasting 15 minutes of my life- I gave up and ordered as guest and got no loyalty points. Would’ve been less work to walk to the store and just order in person.
