Fix the app
The ordering process is terrible. How do you know what kind of bagel you are ordering? I don’t want to order bulk bagels. And where is the barcode for loyalty rewards? And why can’t I pay with Apple Pay?
Need to get a better app
The app does not save username/password automatic. Need to manually type in password every time you use the app. Also , app does not automatically save a credit card or allow Apple Pay. Need to manually type in card CSV every time when placing an order. This is extremely frustrated when on the go.
