App doesn’t work
It’s been over MONTHS that every time I try to place an order through the app it says “unable to order through the app at this moment”. I thought it’d be a glitch or something but it’s been MONTHS. I try to call restaurant but I have to place the order on the app. I just go to the website and might delete this app. Just taking up storage space 🙄

Reward System is messed up!!!!!
So, unlike every other reward system that I’ve used, you cannot get your rewards unless you order online. I walked in the store to be told that unless I order ahead of time, you can’t put in for a reward. This is SO stupid. Get with the program Baggin’s.

Gift Card on App issues
Great place but the App is not helpful when using gift cards, cannot pay with more than one gift card or split payment between gift card and credit card..

Just so you know the $3 coupon they promise as a sign up DOES NOT WORK AT ALL the people who work in the brick and mortar stores know, the corporate office does not care and leaves the employees hanging so customers are NOT happy with the lie, managers have. NO way to override it.

Unable to place a to go order at restaurants they FORCE you to put your order in online and pre pay. It’s a hassle and inconvenient

Right off the bat, creating an identity they ask for a some nefarious number. What it is I don’t know, and I don’t care. I deleted the app. Get serious next time!

They just contract with doordash’s awful service. Terrible.
Still some bugs
You select the delivery address and time before your order. By the time the order was completed the time was incorrect and it kicked me out to select a new time. Clumsy. Select the delivery time after order.
Also, my address in the database is incorrect and there is no way to correct this. I hope my order gets to the correct address.

Mostly works well with 2 shortcomings
There is no way to place an order and pay in the store (e.g., with gift cards).
There is no way to substitute an ingredient without dropping one and then paying extra for the replacement.
