Worst ever website - stressful to use
The food is good and excellent value. The staff are polite and work hard. I rate the firm as 5, but cannot rate higher than 1 for the app because the website is so poor and hard to use; it almost puts me off giving them custom. For one thing, it does not correctly identify addresses from postcodes, placing my house half a mile away with a different address. Furthermore, I cannot manually enter my address. The website has no telephone contact details to ring them and place an order by phone.
I will only use them again if I am near enough to call in person.

Rude driver
Rude delivery driver blanked my girlfriend when she tried to collect our food at a hotel and was very rude when my girlfriend asked if the food was for our room number
