Edit 2021: Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this information. All users of the app are happy and can work well with it. Why the app doesn't work for you is a mystery to us. Maybe your phone is too old for it. The best thing to do is to uninstall it and reinstall it or ask someone in your environment who is more familiar with the technology. All the best. Hello istuart45, thank you for your feedback. We are working on your suggestions and will install a button at the next update to download all videos at once. We are also working on the slow-motion function. However, the embellishments are played in different speeds, so you can still work with them. Our app has the price, because there are a lot of costs and development behind the app. The production, updates and administration of the app are not cheap. We wish you a lot of fun with our app.
