I have practiced Chinese and Japanese internal martial arts for over 30 years. This set of training materials is very good, and with patience and diligence, one can learn this beautiful version of Emei Bagua. I returned to Bagua to address specifically the physical degradation a desk job has caused, and I am reaping excellent benefits already. As an app it’s very simple, and does not get in the was of the material.

This is some of the most authentic Bagua training direct from the Emei Mountain lineage of Grandmaster Liang, Shou-Yu and we believe you'll find it is an excellent value. Each section is normally priced at $40 in DVD format. (So its 75% off for the app format)
