Thank. You!
Have literally been dealing with cancelled flights since my flight was supposed to takeoff this morning at 5 AM. After doing some research, I was like…there has to be a service that exists to pick up my bags 45 minutes away at the airport and bring them to my hotel. Turns out THERE IS!! And at 11 pm of all times!! They answered my phone call right away and were very communicative, helpful, and literally made sure that they had everything figured out for me. Were even willing to fill out the forms for me if I couldn’t figure out the app. Literally tearing up. After having one of the worst days in a long time, I can finally say that it is starting to look up because of this service. Try it in a bind! You won’t be disappointed.

Incredible service
The entire experience was seamless end to end. The customer service is also impeccable.
We booked then had to cancel as we thought we missed our flight, but then the flight got delayed so had to rebook again. They were patient and a pleasure to work with the entire way.
Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Great experience
Found the app through a search engine and wasn’t so sure about it. It was easy to use. When I called customer support they were super friendly and helpful
Best app ever !!
I have always wanted an app like this to exist. I usually take the latest flight out of LGA and have to worry about my bag the entire day - Bagzee provides the perfect solution. I had my bag picked up at checkout time at my hotel and could spend my day doing what I wanted instead of worrying about where to store my bag or lugging it around with me. Thanks bagzee!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Bagzee made traveling completely stress-free. Instead of dragging my luggage through the city, they picked it up directly from my hotel and safely transported it to the airport for me. The process was simple, convenient, and incredibly professional from start to finish.
The team communicated clearly, arrived on time, and handled my bags with care. Being able to explore the city, attend meetings, or enjoy my final day without worrying about luggage was a game changer. When I arrived at the airport, my bags were ready for pickup before check-in, making the entire travel experience smooth and hassle-free.
If you’re traveling and want to maximize your time without carrying heavy bags around, I highly recommend Bagzee. It’s one of those services you don’t realize you need until you use it—and then you never want to travel without it again.
