Text so small

The information is beautifully set up, but this is super tiny text with no apparent way to adjust size as needed. We NEED the ability to enlarge it. PLEASE make an update to do so.

Thank You So Much

This app is simply wonderful. It has everything you would need in regards to the Bahai calendar. It's easy to use and pretty straightforward, not to mention a clean user interface and so far no glitches. The hard work and dedication you put into this App has not gone unnoticed, thank you my brother and I will make sure I share this with as many people as I can. Alla U Abha

Love it and use it…..

I would gladly donate money as your hard work should be rewarded. Could the color of the tiny font be much darker and or the font size adjustable or bigger, but darker for sure please? In addition I would very much like if both the Arabic and English names of months could be displayed together at the same time ie Bahá/Splendor, Jalál/Glory.

Good but point size too small - very sad

This is a beautifully arranged calendar and has a lot of valuable information. However, it is not possible to adjust the point size of the dates, and the Gregorian dates are very light and very tiny, even on an iPad. We wish that this would be updated so we can adjust point size across the whole calendar.

Error

Ayyamiha is 5 days in a leap year correct? This calendar shows 4 days even though 2024 is a leap year.

What we’ve been looking for!

I kept saying how I wish there was an app that would give me all the future dates for holy days that rotate from year to year. This app provides that and so much more! Beautifully designed and integrates so well with Apple calendar. I’m telling All my friends about it. Well done and what a great service to the team that designed it 👍🏼

great app❤️

thank you for great app.please add persian language

Thank you.

Allah’u’Abha! This app is very handy! If I may make a request, would some widget functionality bea possibility? I use the Outlook and Gmail widgets and would love to also incorporate the Badi calendar on my Home Screen. Just a suggestion 😊😊

Response from developer

Thanks for encouraging feedback! Feature requests are welcome, and widget(s) is a very good suggestion 😊. Development takes a lot of time/resources, and this app has been "sleeping" for a long time, as I've had to prioritize work for income (there's not much will to pay for apps; and free apps is still an expense to maintain). I'll try to find time to develop some updates — and perhaps realize the dream of a version 2. But I might have to add some in-app purchase, a subscription or something (but I will never have ads or collect and sell user-data, like so many other apps).

Great Calendar App!

I live the design of this. A great deal of thought, engineering and design work has gone into this to create a Badi Calendar app that syncs with all of my calendars (IOS calendar app and Google Calendars). Designing a calendar that adjusts the start of the day based on sunset couldn’t have been easy. Some of the fonts are quite small but necessary to make the calendar useful. I’m going to try to use this as my primary calendar, it’s that good.

Response from developer

Heartwarming :). Thank you for insightful and encouraging feedback. I use it daily myself.. and long for time to bring it to the next level.

This app is great

Bahá'í dates start at sunset and end on the next day at sunset. This can make it tricky to map between Gregorian and Bahá'í dates; this app makes it super simple to translate between the two calendars.

Fantastic app

Very well designed, it encapsulates anything you need for a functional Badi calendar. It could be improved in terms of its month and day view.

Thank you!

I usually don't write reviews, however the latest update to this app warrants an exception…
Thank you so much for its *continual* improvement — being able to populate any calendar with dates from the Badí calendar is a wonderful contribution towards Bahá’ís developing more coherent lives!

Bug still need to be worked out

I appreciate this app very much. However, I am not able to add events through this app. I can only see them coming from my Google calendar.

Response from developer

This sounds like a security/privacy issue: You need to give the app permission to you Calendar in Privacy settings. Please reach out to feedback@bahaicalendarapp.com if you have further problems.

An excellent calendar app

This app is worth the very low price of 99¢! Makes it very easy to keep track of feasts and holy days and looks good while doing it.

Promising but appears to have bugs

I have just purchased this and have version 1.5.2 and cannot see the entire Baha'i month...most months only have 4 or 5 days visible with gaps of missing days. Am I not understanding something?

Response from developer

Indeed! This was a huge bug with certain time zones earlier. I just want to comment back this it is fixed long ago now :-)

Love this app

Syncs seamlessly with iCal on the iPhone and vice versa. Can set alarms just as in iCal. Great effort by the developers who seem to have received bountiful confirmations! Well worth the money: highly recommended.

Great app - love it

As soon as the July 10 letter of the Universal House of Justice came out, I predicted that I would soon have an excellent app like this on my phone. Thank you so much - this is really great. I would suggest that maybe a year-at-a-glance view be included (to page through the next 50 years). The only things that would change in the calendar would be the position of the Twin Holy Birthdays, and the length of Ayyám-i-Há. And if you set Ayyám-i-Há outside of the months, then the year can be represented as a perfect square 19 x 19. Just a suggestion. The year view, not referenced to any other calendar, helps people understand that the dates of the holy day don’t move year to year, they are fixed with respect to Naw Rúz. And Naw Rúz doesn’t move year to year, it’s always in the same place - the equinox.

Love It

Thanks for all the time and effort to develop this gem! So beautiful i always wanted to have a proper Bahai calendar on my iPhone!

Nice, clean interface

I am excited to use this app and look forward to it helping me to orient my life and heart around the Badi calendar! The clean interface is really nice! Two things I wish for are the ability to select my own colors and a prettier icon. I'm really into those things. :)

All around, it's a very nice app, and I am so glad it has been created. Thank you!
