Triple charged
I sent email 5 times already but no responses,They charged me so many times 3 times my amex for 167.02 then my visa for 167.15.The paypal was okay,because I ordered one time.Asking to reimburse all the charges.

The mark up on this app is unbelievable. A 8 piece bucket with a 2l Pepsi was $78 and it was cold when it arrived

Avoid using this app. Customer service is none existent. Took more than two hours to get my food.
Do not use
The worst, order was cancelled but customer service was unresponsive when I asked for the refund. They issued credit which I didn’t want, I had to contact my credit card company to get the mo ye refunded. Will not be suing this app again.

I placed an order, it never arrived, I was charged $83 for it. I called, wrote an email and tried the live chat, there’s nobody to speak to about it!!!! It’s a scam!!! DO NOT USE
Fraud charges
I ordered food last week. The order has been canceled but I was charged the full amount incl delivery . Day later they charged 3 times 100$ for nothing. I reported it to my bank.
Unreliable
The drivers are never available and when they are the price for everything in app is far too expensive after hidden fees are calculated
Poor Service
Went on vacation to the Bahamas and ordered on this app. Spent $173 on food with a local restaurant. Food came incomplete and the items we did get was wrong. Called the restaurant and was told to take it up with Bahama Eats. When I tried reaching out to the app it closes on the weekend. This was Saturday, by Monday called and never got a response nor an answer back. Reached out via Email, Phone and live chat on app. The weekend being the most busy, you would think a business like this will have customer service ready and available to help. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

Hardly ever works and delivery time slow.
I wish the delivery time was accurate and I always get told it cannot connect to server when I have bothe LTE and wifi connections.
Stay away from this app
Save yourself some trouble and order a taxi and go eat somewhere instead of ordering from here. Customer service is non existent. I’ve ordered multiple times while visiting Bahamas for a month and I’ve been frustrated with most of my orders. A lot of things they list are unavailable and way overpriced and the fees are ridiculous. Not only that but when an item is unavailable from your order, they don’t refund you ANYTHING. Even though the drivers tell “dispatch” about the issue nothing gets done. I called their customer service phone number multiple times and no one answers the phone nor do they respond to your messages on the app. One time they took over 2 hours to even accept an order and by the time the driver contacted me for it I asked if I could cancel and get a refund and he cancelled my order right away but no refund. This company is a scam and I’m surprised they don’t have any lawsuits against them. Some drivers are nice and communicate well but Maps doesn’t work well in Bahamas so a lot of times the drivers will contact you via what’s app and ask you to send a pin for your location which I don’t feel is that safe cuz the messages don’t get deleted after the interaction cuz they communicate with you via what’s app. I had a driver message me a few days after asking if I needed him to be my Uber or do anything for me.
