يحتاج الى تطوير بحيث ان يجب الدخول على البعيثة البريدية ليعطي تحديث حالة البعيثة البريدية . اقتراح بربط جميع البعثات البريدية تحت الرقم الشخصي او العنوان لتسهل عملية المتابعة والبحث . واقتراح اضافة خدمة العملاء النصية ليتم التحدث مع الموظف و الاستفسار دون اللجوء لخدمة الاتصال الهاتفي

Why does the application not allow to accept all tracking numbers that consist of 10 numbers and letters and 8 numbers and letters so that we can track the upcoming shipments

The application must be more user friendly while swapping the pages forward and backwards.
The notification options should be available in this software to alert the user with any updates.
Automatic updates for the tracking number must be deployed.
No need for adding verification word every time when adding new tracking number.

You need to put more information regarding delivery attempts and the name of the person who received it and signed it.
تطوير حركة الشحنة
التطبيق بحاجة للتطوير أسوة ببقية التطبيقات التي تعمل في نفس الجانب ومنها اخطار العميل بوصول الشحنة الى البحرين ومن ثم حركة الشحنة لحين وقت التسليم، سواء عن طريق رسالة نصية او عن طريق اشعار مباشر من خلال التطبيق او البريد الالكتروني.
الكثير من العملاء ينسى الشحنة لدى البريد وبالخصوص الشحنات القادمة من الصين مما يؤدي الى اتلافها في حال عدم الاستلام .
