From the first phone call this process has been as pleasant as it possibly could ever be considering. The staff has been helpful answered all my questions and gotten meThrough the process with as few hiccups as is possible with these things. Struck me as strange that downloading the app was mandatory but now that Ive been through the process I understand why and would encourage other agencies to Consider the concept for their own businesses . It keeps things more personal and user-friendly without having to make as many phone calls back-and-forth. Thanks for your help guys, can’t wait for my sister to get home.
