About
Baizai is a place to anonymously record failure.
Not a social app. Not a diary app. Not a wellness app.
A place to say the thing that won't pass — once — and put it down.
——
"What's left after failure?"
We're taught how to win. Rarely how to lose.
Baizai is built on one observation:
Failure itself doesn't hurt. What hurts is failure without an exit.
——
Three sections, three distances from what happened:
· What Happened — say it concretely. The more specific, the better.
· How It Felt — you don't have to be brave. Write it as it was.
· Where I Am Now — stand in today, look back. One sentence is enough.
——
What we made ·
Posts are always anonymous. Your Apple name and email show only on your own "Me" page. Other readers see ANON.
No counts. No like-counts, no view-counts, no follow-counts. "哉" — a literary sigh — is the only reaction here.
No algorithm. The feed is always reverse-chronological. No recommendations. No baits.
No interruptions. No push notifications. No badges. No daily reminders.
No broadcast. No share button. No forward. No screenshot prompt. Read and let go.
Delete everything. Settings has a "Delete Account" button that permanently removes everything you've written. We don't keep a backup for ourselves.

· People who, after a major failure, want a place to say it once — without explanation, comfort, or healing
· People tired of performing success on social media and want to see others' real failures
· People who don't want friends/family to know what they're going through
· People who feel "therapy is too heavy, posting on social is too light"
Not for ·
· People who want likes, follows, validation
· People looking for solutions, wellness, positive psychology
· People who want to vent without ever putting the feeling down

If you are thinking of harming yourself, please call your local crisis hotline or seek medical care first. This app is not a substitute for professional help.
