Just a app which can’t do anything
I’m trying to get a service slot booked for my vehicle and it doesn’t show any slot no matter which ever date I select but when I visited service centre they gave me slot for the next week. If the app is designed for convenience it is at least supposed to provide that information. Bajaj says app is designed to do the exact thing but fails to do anything.

I think you should addd some more features more better user experience.
Good app but basic
Banner should be clickable to view clearly. Also owners manual should have text search option and should have provision to jump directly to any page instead scrolling
Ended up with blocker when we navigate to My Service function.
Feels like a worst app. As a user the main thing we expect is all about checking the service of the vehicle. But when the “My service” functionality is clicked the page itself hung on a loader and the entire app will become non functional unless killed and reopened.
Poor app - unable to get the service history
I own a Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin Disc. I wanted to check the service history of my bike. I came to know about Bajaj Care app and installed it. When I opened my service, the app keeps loading and I can’t even go back to the Home Screen. So I had to close the app by swiping and open again. But I didn’t get to click the service history option since the app is not responding when I navigate to my service page.
I installed this app today morning and I have been trying to get the service history since then.
Very poor app.
If you could, can you please suggest a workaround to get this fixed? I need to have the service history asap.

Data not updated
I’ve recently did my third service, still it’s been a week, the details of it are not populated in the app.
I guess the slot booking is also not working.
Bajaj care app team should consider this and keep the app functional.

Bad UI and Buggy
The most important part of this app doesn’t work, that is “My Service”. It keeps loading forever. Please fix it.
No update for more than a year
The application is bugged. Bajaj customers have no choice but to use this app now. You cannot go back to the main menu after few pages. You cannot hide the keyboard after the input is done. The back button within the app is not at al functional I had to go back the the previous page with the mobiles swipe gestures. Please fix the application or remove it. No one like to have a defective product and cannot work with a defective one.

App does not work
App does not work it does not show the service details as well as current service information. Also the old service status shows running even tho completed
Blank screen while signing up
The worst app I have seen ever. It’s not even possible to sign up for the first time. After entering the details the screen just go blank. Tried many many times and still can’t. Didn’t expect this kinda irresponsibility from a brand like Bajaj. Get some good DEVELOPERS.

BAJAJ never understands what is a quality
A biggest company with highest shares , infrastructure doesn’t know how to build a application it’s nothing but a shame with having so many software designers and engineers working in there company … they still haven’t grown up and updating
Not able to cancel already booked service
I booked the service and it was never approved and now its always showing. Neither I can cancel this past service nor request the new service. Poor app.
No service records
This app is not showing any service history. It’s just telling the date and kms when last service was done. There is a big need of improvement in the app. It’s useless as of now.
Unable to login
Team, i’m facing challenges to login even after resetting the password multiple times. Looks like a bug which is affecting iOS. Can you check and provide an update and resolution?
App got spoilt after latest update
The info which I was getting on this app was pretty good before. But due to the latest update it has become horrible. Nothing in the app is visible, no text nothing. Such a horrible update has been provided.
Different then what customer care people speak
App shows different dealers and customer care shows different dealer location.

I tried to add my vehicle but the otp goes to other number which is not our number even the bajaj dealer do not have any idea about this app i tried calling toll free but they also dont know useless peoples instead of giving solution they are trying to ignore.

I had left a negative review earlier, but now the app works perfectly! Multiple vehicles can be added to the same phone number, vehicle’s ongoing servicing can also be tracked.
