Worst online platform for doctors
I am using this app for last 6 months as a consultant.
There were no appointments for first 3 months. After that i got appointments for hardly 20-25 days, then again suddenly stopped. After raising ticket for almost everyday, finally they replied that few appointments are not completed from my side and still marked as complete, and without cross checking with me, kept my profile on hold. Most unprofessional behaviour. And they keep on raising some or other issues and no appointments at all on regular basis.
Most worst platform. My sincere request to my fellow doctors, opt for other platform, but definitely not Bajaj.

Perfect app for practice growth
Really impressed with the Bajaj Health for Doctors app. It makes day-to-day practice so much simpler. Appointment management is smooth, and the overall experience is very user-friendly. Definitely a must-have tool for doctors.

Very good application for managing clinic & practice management. Web version is also very good and probably better than application. Website, WhatsApp business account and GMB are additional features.

As a doctor
The person who gave me membership was fraud , initially he gave me subscription and promised so many benefit about the app, and he always called me 3 times a day.
Then i took subscription he just left and became ghost , all the promises about the benefits of member not provided.
I had put complaints multiple times in 6 month but they just always says “ we will escalate this matter “ but no improvement and quarry resolved .

Donot fall into this trap
To all my fellow doctors donot fall into this trap otherwise you wouldn’t just end up losing 15k but also your peace.
1) the sales reps will have false promises like multiple appointments and return of your money quarterly, they are bogus claims.
2) they will forget you after u purchase the plan, I’ll name Karan mishra and Prashant Tomar who made these claims at my clinic.
3) it took 2 months to activate my account and they registered me from the date of payment.
4) they direct patients to you and it’s not fair and square. They’ll direct 2-3 patients fr a week if u complain
5) despite taking a subscription they’ll take platform fees from you on each prescription. Which their sales rep not tell you
6) the service is extremely poor
7) instant appointments are bogus, they just direct to one doctor at a time so that you don’t sue them

Terrible Service and Unresolved Issues - Not Recommended
I subscribed to Bajaj Finserv Health App by paying Rs. 15,930 upfront, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Here are the key issues I’ve faced:
1. Delayed Activation: My profile took a month to be activated, but they started my subscription from the payment date, not the activation date. This is highly unfair.
2. Hidden Charges: They did not disclose that 25% of my consultation fees would be deducted as platform charges. This was never communicated properly, nor were the terms and conditions provided upfront.
3. Incorrect Appointment Timings: Despite clearly requesting evening slots (7-10 pm), they set my availability for the mornings, leading to the loss of three consultations.
4. Unreliable Customer Support: The relationship manager assigned to me was unavailable for an extended period, and no one stepped in to assist during this time.
5. Technical Failures: During my first consultation, the platform’s audio and video features failed, forcing me to use a regular phone call. This was embarrassing and unprofessional.

Best product with scope to improve
I am using this App, since couple of months , it is very well thought of to give over all satisfactory result to both Doctors and patients.
But as in all App- there are some flaws which I am facing, I tried to draw the attention but in vain, the support team must come up to the standards of the App, to become competitive in the field.

Very poor handling and support
I wish I could have a 0 star rating. The app is well built but its working, the supporting staff and its handling operatives are pathetic! Horrible experience. Had an online consultation 6 months back. The app doesn’t send your consultation fee. The relationship manager is not useful. Keeps stalling. Keeps promising but nothing happens. They themselves don’t know how to pay you for your service. Your sales manager would come and promise you that they will get it fixed and forget as soon as they step out of the clinic. I had a very very very very very poor experience. For such a well known company, this is an absolute failure!

Demoralising the Doctor Profession
To all the doctors Do read this before installing Most of the good reviews are written by Employees of bajaj team. I use multiple tele consultation apps. Im sharing my experience after 5 months The motive behind these people is not helping people but demoralising us They initially push cases..you might feel everything is going good..But No They will ask you to give details of your patients But their motive is get a patient database for their Bajaj health insurance This is something like selling patients data without our knowledge This is something which has to be brought to NMC notice Don’t get into this trap

Patient balances option is not their if my fees are 500 and patient wish to pay part payment of 300 now amd 200 later then such provisions are not there.. need to add full amount paid or full amount not paid and that’s frustrating
Also for some patients pdf is directly sent on whtsap and many gets only link to download
So it’s annoying to tell every patients about how to

Bad experience
I m dr poonam Gedam , consultant gynecologist, has very bad experience here , I take 2 k for 15 years experience in my opd n they r not increasing it inspite of telling them repeatedly , even the consultation which I give ? Then dnt pay it on tome , very bad , even I hv given them many doctors , all hv same experience, bad reviews , many doctors hv fees around 2 k , it’s not big deal for them , I m telling them repeatedly this , but no reply from them , such a unprofessional behaviour with doctors I not tolerable ,

Friendly app and friendly support
I find this app very friendly. No more writing down prescriptions. Just type in the app and print your prescription. It also takes care of payments received and payments due, of and from the patient. The technical team is very supportive. Minor problems do come, but the technical team and my relationship manager are quick in redressing matters. Big thanks to Bajaj Finserv Health Doctor for this app.

Wonderful application to use
I have been using this application for the past couple of months and this is the best ever application platform so far that I have used.I had tried almost 6 such teleconsultation applications out of which this is the best. This has unique features such as customising our prescription format, list of drug brands, payment status, prescription status, virtual receptionist, reminders etc.,
There has been no issues with settlement of payments unlike other applications..This is a doctor friendly app and I have recommended
to my colleagues..
