Baka Business

Baka Business helps shops, salons, restaurants and other businesses in Ghana turn walk-in customers into regulars. It's free. PUT YOUR QR CODE AT THE COUNTER Set up your shop in a few minutes and get your own QR code. Share a printable A4 poster or the QR code on its own, or send your link on WhatsApp. CUSTOMERS JOIN IN SECONDS Customers scan the code with their phone camera. There's nothing to download. They enter their name and number, agree to hear from you, and get your joining discount straight away. SEE WHO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE Every customer who joins appears in your list as it happens, with how often they visit and how they found you. BRING THEM BACK EVERY WEEK Send one SMS a week to the customers who agreed to it: a new offer, new stock or your opening hours. Messages go out under the BAKA sender name, and every customer can opt out at any time. BUILT FOR GHANA Log in with your Ghana phone number, with no password to remember. Pick your region and town, and add your Google Maps link so customers can find you. Baka is Accra's discount and loyalty app. Baka Merchant is where it starts for businesses.
