Delivery charges too expensive
Minimum 50 rs delivery charge even though the order and delivery address are nearby. That’s very unfair to charge so much.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to the delivery person, *Asif Shaikh*, for being such a humble and co-operative gentleman. I had forgotten to update my address while placing the order, so he initially reached the wrong location. When he called, I explained my mistake, and he was kind enough to travel all the way from Kausa to the Station without a hint of attitude.
Thank you, Asif, and thank you, Bakalaa, for making my life so much easier!
