App have bugs
Doesn’t refresh gets stuck everytime response rate is low idk why the buttons is text clickable… the coder in the backend team needs to be changed bcz he isn’t providing the right solution!

Idk what they did to the application i was a regular customer, since its been updated it takes so much time to select items also every time you back the page refreshes and it is so frustrating!!! Now i need to place single order for EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT FROM DIFFERENT CATEGORY.
Idk what is the glitch in the app i have to try opening it multiple times otherwise it wont just open and do its job.
I would like to request kindly fix these issues… so you’re just loosing a customer

Bakala is great delivery app
Yesderday At night I was jn urgent need for medicine so i placed an order in bakala and request the rider if he can bring it for me. Rider Mohsin was so humble, he ask me all the details and brought the medicine for me. I cant thank him enough . May Allah Always bless him . Thank you Bakala App.

Not most of the restaurant or cloud kitchen added. No option to connect with restaurant or special instructions. Live tacking needs update. Not user friendly

Minimum 50 rs delivery charge even though the order and delivery address are nearby. That’s very unfair to charge so much.

When he called, I explained my mistake, and he was kind enough to travel all the way from Kausa to the Station without a hint of attitude.
