I tried the one week subscription and get charged twice and I did cancel because I didnât feel like it hadnât the features I needed to use very annoyed that I got charged double

Unusable, but Good Concept
Unfortunately, I wanted to love this app and couldnât. It quite literally does not function in any way like one would hope. I donât know if itâs my phone, which is newer, or if there is an issue with the app itself. Either way, disappointing, limiting, and pricey. Hope it can be salvaged someday so I can use it and give it a great review.

Tried out for my wifeâs business.
I loaded the app to try it out for my wifeâs business. Nice tutorial in the beginning. But I was showing my wife the Bakely app, as I got excited with the features. The problem is, a game advertisement loaded that I could not get out of. My wife looked at me and I deleted the app at that point. If I canât try the app out for a few minutes before we pay for an annual subscription, whatâs the point?

Zu wenig Dekoration
Die Grundidee ist wirklich toll und die App lĂ€sst sich sehr einfach bedienen. Allerdings ist die Auswahl an Optionen noch recht begrenzt. Besonders hilfreich wĂ€re es, wenn man individuelle Dekorationen hinzufĂŒgen könnte â zum Beispiel durch eigene Bilder oder ein kleines Zeichenfeld. So lieĂe sich die App noch vielseitiger nutzen.

Hi, thank you for your feedback :) we are considering adding new features that will allow you to upload a photo onto the cake etc. so check back in the future and it might be there. In the meantime, we're adding new content such as flowers so our selection is always growing.

I love this. Iâve just taken the tutorial and Iâm amazed at all the design capabilities this software has. As a Cake designer, this would make my job so easy, as I draw everything at the moment. I may sign up for it soon. Wow!

So like my baby brother has this app and he seems to like it. Except something gets me a little bit confusing. So like I looked at the pictures when I was downloading this app and it had frosting on. But when I tried to find the frosting, I couldnât find it but itâs a really good game. I guarantee you download it.^^

Wish it wouldâve allowed more creativity. Very limited on what you can do.

The whole thing itâs good but the limited creativity itâs crazy, cuz I was decorating my cake peacefully and slaying it and then I get the âyou have reached your limit on decorationâ thingđ§ââïžâŠ girl I had only putted like eight things on the cakeđ I get that you need that pay check but the fact that almost everything is locked and you have to pay for it if you want it itâs crazyđđ

Ich fand die App erst cool, da man seine Torten Design konnte aber bei der Dekoration hatâs gescheitert, dass was ich gebraucht habe, gibt es nicht in der App und somit konnte ich sie nicht weiter Design, schade. HĂ€tte mir geholfen fĂŒr die nĂ€chsten Tage. Und eine Testversion seht anders aus und nicht das man gleich bezahlen soll, zumal, 8,99⏠jede Woche ist schon echt heftig. Hab die App wieder gelöscht

No customer service
I cancelled this subscription before the trial period was over as it didnât work for me the way I needed for my bakery. However, the subscription went through anyway, charging me $99! I have sent in two contact forms on their website (which seems to be the only way to communicate with them). I have yet to receive a response. I need a refund for the app, as I wonât be using it. Maybe someone will see this review and be willing to help me?
