To whom it may concern. I am writing to state that, having discovered that your application can only intake new photos, I am grudgingly taking new photos of my damaged items simply to suit your application format. I already submitted over 80 photos to the DPS government run website. You should consult them for photos. I am wholly opposed to doing your job for you or doing their job for them. Previously, I agreed to take another set of overseas military orders knowing full well that government contracted movers would likely lose and/or destroy some of my family’s personal belongings. I did not take orders with the expectation that I would have to file multiple claims and prove to both you and the government separately that the things they broke and they lost are true. You are welcome to come conduct a physical inspection, but I am done uploading photos and videos that I have already provided.

Smooth and Easy
Initially the company had difficulty contacting me, however once they received my information it was smooth sailing. The company will require updated photos using their application. I had previously spent a lot of time taken pictures and had them saved. No worries it is still good documentation. Just be prepared to do it again. I really like this process. 5*****stars.

Military move
I move through the military, why is a company from UK making me take my own pictures, and ensuring my location is turned on to take this photos? Not just that everytime I take a phone I have to click 3 times to get it to saved. During this 4 hour process the app closed me out 6 times. Frustrated is an understatement to how I feel right now.

Horrible app
I had to reduce my claim 3 times as once you start you better finish… i saved and closed and none of my item were there when i came back to proceed. The only reason i was persistent is because i want my money back from the damage the movers caused. I wont use an app anymore.. better off coming to my home.
