Rubbish for one month the app did not work and still not working! Waste of time
Hopeless
Not only does the web version not have the QR code so couldn’t get reward points, the link to the Apple Store version says “This app is currently not available in your country or region”. Then having searched the AppStore and downloaded it manually, it doesn’t accept my userid and password I set up through the web. Tried to use the Contact Us button and got “Sorry, the page you were looking for couldn't be found.” Totally useless. Don’t bother.

Not practical
Bad design… Each time I open it asks for login and password and needs to be online … Fingerprint function in iPhone doesn’t seem to work… not practical to use when you’re in shop and need to pay quickly. It should open with the barcode to scan and then submit data when back online
Geez
Very hard to put an order in. I get told when I go into the shop that I should order my bread because I get a lot but if I could order online I would. So hard.
App set up
Very difficult to get app and sign up to work and did not receive a e mail also lost out on bread and other items I bought from bakery in Botany no very helpful!!
Miss leading app
I have set up account and completed profile. The bonus points for this have not been applied. Also i have been credited less than 1 point per $ spent. Not happy
