Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration you've encountered while using our app. We understand how valuable your time is as a business owner, and it's disappointing to hear that you are facing issues with adding ingredients- which is the basics required for the app. We have since upgraded the app and would like to invite you to try it again? Additionally, we are consistently working on improvements to enhance the app's performance and usability. If you continue to experience difficulties, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at support@techoasis.co.za. We'd love to assist directly and resolve any issues you're facing. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to continue providing you with a better app and solution to your business!
