Please stop all the pop ups when the game opens. Please add a category where we can see the items we've already bought. Please make items searchable by category. Each category could have a subcategory based on color, theme, etc. Thanks

Long Time Player Disappointed
I’ve had this game on my phone for a few years now. I would always play for a while and then stop then pick it up again and then stop. I put a lot of money into the game as well. I typically buy gems when they go on sale usually the 100 or 275 pack. However I’m completely disgusted with the ads in the game after this latest update. Every time you touch the ovens it’s ads, ads, ads 😭. It’s completely disruptive to the playing experience and extremely frustrating as someone who’s put money into the game. Too bad devs haven’t implemented some system where you can get ads or just like $2.99 to be ad free. The game used to be ad free. It also used to be affordable for with the in game coins and many of the decorations weren’t locked behind gems like expanding your bakery. The game was golden some years ago but over time it’s only gotten worse and devs more greedy. I’ll likely stop spending what money I already was and put the game down permanently. Sad & disappointing.

Bakery Story
I have been playing Bakery Story for over ten years. I play this game every day, and it’s wonderful. The only thing I find difficult is the 15 day goals. They take a lot of time to complete and I barely finish them on time. Sometimes, I even have to spend gems just to complete the goal. I would really appreciate it if the goals could be made a little easier.

I always come back to this game!
One of my favorite games, such a stress reliever until it's not! The ads kill this game for me, right now it won't even let me play bc it says to update it, I'm rerouted to the App Store and it's nothing to update; or when I click on it takes me into an ad and the ads are the worst, bc you're in the ad for 5 minutes and there is no x to click so u have to completely close the game and come back! I always redownload this game but once I get to a certain level I just have to delete it!

Stop pop ups!!
Way too many pop ups when u get on! Been playing for many years and that is getting so annoying. Plus where are all the improvements to the game I can’t tell the difference in this game from 10 years ago until now
Remove all spoiled items
Serving and preparing all food at once is great but can we also get removing all spoiled items at once too and the gift giving and receiving needs an update as well. It shouldn’t take 7-8 days to get enough part to build.

I have been playing this game for over ten years. I like decorating the best. I wish we had one more day for the main goal. I always get so close but can’t finish.
Part of my life
I’ve been playing Bakery Story for 13 years now. It becomes part of my life now and I have so many great neighbors with daily communication. I even met with some of them in person!! When we are sad, we encourage each other and when we are happy, we celebrate each other. I totally enjoy Bakery Story as part of my life!!

I have been a fan of this game for a long time and just like all these other games you guys are scamming people I try to collect the gyms that’s supposed to be free and they’re not free or they mess up the amount of gyms I meant to say this game is a scam y’all take stuff away give stuff to us. It’s just all a scam and we have to spend our money and you guys are sitting back rob us. I hate this game Now. Been playing this game in total for a decade. Latest update with the batch prepare /serve option is a total game changer. I'm at level 100 and don't plan on stopping anytime soon
It gotten worse!
This bug didn’t fix the issue. The fonts are soo big and when you use the serve all food feature, it doesn’t sync, the food still sits there and when you cook again, it doesn’t stay, the progress doesn’t save. Waste of time waiting for this update and it didn’t fix the issue. The previous version is better.

Lots of Glitches
At numerous times you don’t receive all 20 gifts, even when the gifting area is grayed out. I don’t understand why some of my neighbors have so many ovens & stoves out at one time & I can only put out 18 or 19 at a time. It’s 49 gems to unlock one appliance after I put the 18 appliances out. Why is that again that some neighbors have so many appliances out at the same time?

I want to love this game, & restaurant story. But they need to fix the ads when you open the game it's freaking ridiculous, way way way too many. If you are going to place ads, at least give us gems for it!! It’s one after the other & after watching ads for the gems they offer, another ad!! But not only ads they have these pop ups too. I’ve been playing this game before it had ads, just the annoying pop ups for the other games they used to advertise. So prob over ten years but I don’t know how much longer I can support.
