About

BakeryOS is the daily cockpit for an artisan bakery — built by a working French boulanger, for real production floors. WEIGH-OUT, THE HEART OF THE DAY The whole production in one screen: batch quantities, dough weights per shape, levain builds, water-temperature (DDT) math, and a shareable PDF day sheet for the team. RECIPES IN GRAMS Professional recipe cards — shapes and weights, allergens, methods. Multiply a batch ×N without ever touching the original. COSTS AND MARGINS THAT TELL THE TRUTH Ingredient prices flow into product costs. Any unpriced ingredient shows "to be priced" instead of a fake margin — everywhere, the same law. PLANNING AND TEAM Rota built on reusable shifts — colour-coded week grid, day coverage, holiday tracking, printable wall sheet. Supplier book and equipment register included. AN ASSISTANT THAT READS YOUR PAPERWORK Photograph an invoice, a flour bag or a handwritten recipe card and the assistant reads it in. WORKS OFFLINE Opens and runs with no connection — your data syncs when you're back online. French & English. Day & Night themes. Designed for one-handed use on the floor. BakeryOS needs a BakeryOS account: your bakery's data follows you across devices and stays in sync with your team.

YOUR RECIPE BECOMES A DOUGH ON THE WEIGH-OUT. One button on a recipe card creates the dough and its formats — and everything follows: today's counts, cost per piece, price, margin, labels, traceability, analytics. With no product linked yet, the app asks for a piece weight in the page, never in a window that blocks you. THE APP OPENS WITH NO SIGNAL. In a cellar or a basement it showed the sign-in screen to a baker who was already signed in, because the server could not be reached. Your phone knows who you are: it opens with your data, says "offline", and resyncs the moment the network returns. ANALYTICS SAY WHAT YOUR BAKEHOUSE DID. The page used to project a template week over the year and print figures nobody had weighed. It now reads your weigh-outs: last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, in pieces and kilos, product by product, dough by dough. The projection sits at the bottom and only appears after 14 days of weigh-outs. "TO COST" TELLS YOU WHAT TO COST. The blocking ingredient is named, levain feed included. And the ingredient total says "· 3 to cost" when lines have no price, instead of a number that looks final. FORGOTTEN PASSWORD: THE LINK WORKS. It used to arrive broken, or already spent before you clicked. It now arrives whole and opens the "choose a new password" screen directly. Same for inviting a colleague. NO MORE INVENTED YIELD. Writing "50 g each" in the yield field showed "~ 50 pieces" and divided the cost by a weight. Free text is only read when it is a plain number. ALSO. The assistant says why it declines when your daily AI allowance is used up. Money and weights read in one language. The stale-price counter only counts prices that exist. The language stays the one you chose. A link leads from the recipe card to the dough that weighs it out, and back. Renaming a colleague keeps their rota and leave. Dates have their month again, and Brioche its formats.
