App Doesn't Work

Unfortunately when I try to download app it just closes itself. When I check website keep getting 404 error. Needs some improvement on their service.

Impressive support

I’m amazed to find my favorite items from childhood. It helped me to discover small stores that I didn’t know existed. Service is fast and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Register issue

Can’t register my phone number in iOS app. It keeps giving an error message indicating +1 section is required but does not react when I touch it. Hence can’t finish register and can’t order

Right off the bat it doesn’t work

It keeps pinning my location as a few blocks away and when I try to manually type my address in, it just loads forever.

Maybe it that worked I’d get to see more of the app, but I can’t get past the first thing.

Awesome Service

It is amazing to be able to order ethnic groceries to my home! Service was fast, drivers were really good. They called me for the unavailable items, my products arrived without any problem. Definitely I will keep ordering from Bakkal!

Healthier and more affordable

After reading an article comparing the ingredients of products in the U.S and Europe, I stopped using the big chain grocery stores. Small European, Mediterranean ethnic grocery stores have been my go-to shops and finally found the delivery app for it. 😍👌

Not sure if it’s real or a scam

I’ve placed an order in the evening to be delivered the next day and the website says 90 minute for delivery. The next day two hour after the store open which I should have been received my delivery it shows that the order is never been processed.
I called the store the order was made from and the lady told me she doesn’t even know what I’m talking about, she doesn’t even know what is an online order I ask if there’s someone else I can talk to she said no.
Trying to call the support on the app is impossible the only have Voicemail, they don’t have taxability just send us a message and will contact you.
When I download the app or even send him a message about a question I had and they never got back to me which was over 24 hours, so I guess you should stick with only the companies you know unfortunately we try to help the small businesses but they don’t even wanna work with us

Exactly what I wanted

Awesome app. Why didn’t anyone think of this before? Now I can get my favorite sucuk and zeytin ezmesi delivered pronto to my doorstep in a few minutes!

Great idea

Bakkal makes it easy for getting my favorite food to my door. Drivers are great. Very reasonable prices on the stores of this app
