Reliable
I’ve been using Baladi for years now, having orders delivered almost weekly. I trust their produce selection for my family and I haven’t had many issues with orders. Their delivery people are always kind as well. I recommend them to all my friends!
Poor app, and reliably poor service.
Poor functionality and all around bad build. Doesn’t meet the basics expectations of modern day applications. Timeliness? No, they are consistently late by hours after the end of the window. Customer service? I constantly get delivered spoiled meat. There is no way to get a hold of anybody to complain or get a refund, so sending spoiled chicken to app customers is a great way to offload product nobody would buy in person. Might search “Frank’s”and find nothing…but if you search ‘hot sauce’ and scroll enough, you’ll see Frank’s red hot. I am a jr full stack and my first app I ever built was more robust than this one. These 5 star reviews are highly suspect.

Great variety, convenient app
The app is convenient and easy to use. I’m impressed with the variety of options including the baked goods which are delicious. Awesome that delivery on Saturday is an option. Customer service and timeliness are also top!
