I bought the full pack of this game but for some reason it doesn’t get applied on the game. When I tried to buy again, it just says purchases will bi restored for free but it keeps getting stuck in the loading page. Their support just told me that I need to have the latest iOS version. I do. but still it’s not applied. I sent them a video but they have not replied until now. Please fix or just refund my money.

Hi, I bought the full game and till now cant use such features. I tried reinstalling and changing wifi connection but nothing changes. Can you fix it please, if not give me a refund!

reached out to your customer service in november 2019 and heard nothing to this day - spent money on this game but didn’t get the full game even when i tried to restore purchases.. really enjoyed this game.

So I am obsessed with this game/app. I have all the expansions and use it SO much with my friends at pregames and have turned so many of my friends onto it.But I also tend to be the DJ at my pregames and can’t play Balagan and music at the same time. It is SO incredibly frustrating to have Balagan’s spin noises override the tunes. I would rate 5 stars otherwise!! As a major Balagan fan, begging you to fix!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for an app before, but this app is pretty great. So great i (drunkenly) bought all the packs on it. It’s very entertaining and everyone always enjoys it. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is one little problem. It favors the first 2-3 people you put in. If i put “Jason”’s name first and “lisa”’s 4th Jason would get most questions while lisa would barely get any. If this is a bug that could be fixed, it would be perfect!

What a great way to get together with friends and laugh. The possibilities are endless. Balagan is so much fun and this just makes it even more so.
