half the time the balls literally fall off the track, blend into eachother, freeze, rewind all the way back, or donโ€™t work

Iโ€™m on level 316. The balls fly through at the speed of light for the entire game. They never slow down. They come out on one side and race through to the other side in about 3 seconds I have tried it about 20 times after closing and reopening the game. Restarting my phone et and itโ€™s still doing it. Thank!!
I didnโ€™t from zero and again same issue at level. 316 thanks!!
