Yea this game was fun for a bit then it forced ads on you every minute. Now when you play you’re FORCED to watch an ad.

Greedy developer ruins the game

The game does not let you pay one time to remove forced ads altogether. You spend $10 only to get to play ad-free for about 40 games. It is ridiculous.
Additionally, you have to always be connected to good internet to play, otherwise you lose progress in the game. The primary motivate for this design is likely so that they can force you to watch ads every minute or so. I am not exaggerating, it’s literally every minute of game play per forced ads, and all the ads are long. If it were for syncing scores, they could very easily have implemented a functionality to “sync once connected to internet” but they didn’t. So I am pretty sure internet connection is purely for ads.
The ads you see in TikTok streams are different from the ads you will actually see when you play. What you see are all so much more annoying than the ads streamers’ see.
I noticed all the streamers say things like “the game is called Ball Guys and it’s free”. That’s just a lie.
