This is scam!

I deposited money to play game so next day I logged in played little then after that can’t log in again! So I contacted help, live chat.. they say they don’t see any of my information! And kept saying we don’t use app to play games! Now I gotta put stop on my card! Don’t do it!

Gives you money to take it all back. Stuck on one game and will not allow me to go back to main menu to try more games. I hate games like this that are great in the first 30 minutes then flatlines. Please refund me my money since I can’t seem to get off the slot machine I’m on smh.
