Inappropriate ads

My children really like the game, but complain that the ads are very sexual in nature. It says 4+, but the ads are for mature adults. Is there an ad free version or way that more age appropriate ads can be shown?

There are SO many ads that all I can do ever is just get out of the app, and come back in.
Every time you die: ad.
I just think this is an annoying issue that you can fix. Many more people would play too, because people tell me they don’t play this game just because of the ads. So please, fix this.
