Terrible game footage
It’s a great concept but doesn’t work in practicality. Way over priced for what it does. We got a membership for three months for our son’s tournament in Dallas and the footage quality just isn’t good. Too distant and not enough resolution. Lots of wind noise. Doesn’t replace the need to just video your kids plays yourself. also way overpriced to have a limit on what you can download from the site. They cap you at three downloads I believe.

Games not listed, score incorrect
Tried to watch 2 games in tournament. One never went live but finally found rep,any but icons sat in middle of screen entire time and no score listed. Second game watched 1 team win in OT with camera blurry on right side and after game baller listed tie score. Terrible site.
Horrible
BallerTV rarely works properly. I’m sitting here, wanting to watch my daughter play in Phoenix and BallerTV once again has failed! I’m chatting with somebody live and they are completely worthless with any help.
Credits????
So I pay for a subscription to allow for 3 users and will use up my “credits” to watch one live game of one volleyball tournament????? Absolute trash. I will be cancelling this useless subscription immediately.
Will steal your money
I would not recommend this for anyone. They will continue to charge you even though you’ve told them multiple times you do not want their app. Last year they charged me and would only do a 50% refund. I was told then auto renewal was cancelled. This year they charged me again . I contacted them AGAIN and they want to only give a 50% refund. I did not authorize a charge. It should be a full refund. I’m filing with the better business bureau.

For the Price, it’s not great
In general for $130-$150 for the silver package, the quality of the app or stream isn’t great. First, the app was designed to primarily run on phones. Streaming on a iPad/ipad pro isn’t great. It doesn’t have decent app navigation - getting back to the home landing spot is a mystery. It doesn’t re-size natively in landscape mode. Secondly, the actual stream quality is less than 720 when watching live events. They claim that quality can be impacted by the local network and event. Nevertheless, at the AAU national championship, I would expect something closer to HD. I would say that quality is in the 480-520 resolution range. You can sorta identify players, but there’s no real detail. It’s like watching tv from the 90s. At least, I am able to stream unlike many other reviewers here.

Annual subscription with few games streamed
I subscribed to BallerTV specifically to watch my kid’s basketball games.
During several tournaments, even for a major tournament, not a single one of my son’s team’s games was livestreamed. After multiple complaints, I was given generic responses about technical issues, possible recordings becoming available in 1–2 weeks.
Only after several rounds of emails did BallerTV finally admit that they were not covering that venue at all.
In other words, I paid for a subscription but my child’s games were not streamed.
Parents subscribe to watch games live. We don’t subscribe to find out afterward that the venue wasn’t covered, or to wait weeks for recordings of games that may never exist.
If you’re considering a subscription, be aware that paying for BallerTV does not necessarily mean you’ll be able to watch your child’s games.

Services not provided
I purchased a years subscription in hopes to watch the games live. I only got to watch one live game... then the next four games didn't appear until the next day or two after the tournament. I planned to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the very next tournament was unfindable, with no live games and finally one game from the championship showed up. I could have gotten over both of those offenses but when I asked for a refund of my subscription. They proceeded to send me about 20 emails pretending to not understand what I was asking. In the end they still did not refund me or pro rate a refund. Terrible service for someone who just wanted to be able to attend the games from afar. I'm also very disappointed in the customer service. They had an opportunity to make it right.

Horrible feeds
Club America Cup 2026- wasted $45 to try to watch blurred and pixelated feeds. They were completely unwatchable. You couldn’t even make out player’s numbers. One match glitched into a 2 second pause every 5 seconds. The camera software is unable to ball track properly and was off the ball at least a 1/4 of the game. Other subscribers were offered a $29 credit to download a match…but what would be the point if they’re not even watchable? 🤨

Terrible Connections
Baller TV is an absolutely terrible service for the price. It rarely works properly and constantly buffers and that’s if you’re able to watch the game at all! Do not pay for this service
App stinks
Payed money to be able to watch our granddaughter play basketball when we were unable to go to her tournament games for her travel ball team and the app stinks video was constantly buffering and cutting in and out and most of the time the teams listed weren’t even the teams playing was a real waste of time and money a real disappointment don’t waste your time or money on this app

Awful streaming quality
At least 50% or more of each game is so pixelated or blurry it’s unwatchable. For the price charged, which is high, I would have expected I could at least tell which player was mine. I’ll wait for the games on Hudl. Awful, just awful.
Expensive and Incomplete Service
It would be nice if they offered a price to just watch just one event. Also, not all of the games were even broadcast at the tournament I was wanting to watch. Extremely disappointed in.
Scam and auto renewal frauds
I got this for my mom to watch my sons play in a tournament and I noticed that they have changed their way of charging people. It use to be per event which people could buy but now they prey on people who don’t realize that it automatically auto-renews and charges you without your consent. This is a dishonest business model. Within an hour of being charged I contacted them and they said they would not reimburse us for a service we have not used in months. I will be actively protesting the use of this at every travel tournament.

Sadly, Baller TV doesn’t seem to know how to stream sports. I’ve had issues with multiple events and they have been unresponsive and ignore requests for refunds.
Don’t waste your movie
Great idea, horrible execution. The quality is horrible, courts mislabeled, wrong team names, and half the time they don’t even have all the games available. The only positive is if you’re lucky you might be able to see your kids game.
worst app
Almost impossible to navigate inside the app, very few search options, doesn’t remember the last tournament you viewed. Every time you open the app it’s like starting all over again. Screen share and Air play don’t function properly and once you view a game, the only way to go back to the Home Screen is to close out and start all over. Ridiculous.
