Life Changing
I am a dance teacher who hasn’t taken class on a regular basis since college. I needed a way to stay in shape so that my body can do what it needs to do in order to demonstrate movement for my students. Ballex was the answer!!! It’s been well over a year since I became a member, and I still look forward to my daily workout! It’s the only thing that I’ve been able to stay consistent with. Of course I miss being able to take dance classes regularly, but Ballex makes me feel like I’m still in it! It’s that same love of challenge, joy of movement, and mind/body focus that I used to get from Ballet class. Hanna makes it such a positive experience!

Amazing Workout Program!!
