What's New in BallinOne
1.0.1
August 19, 2026
About the App: BallInOne is a club management app for German football clubs, with three account roles: Trainer (coach), Vorstand (club board) and Spieler (player). Everything it does is tied to a user account: teams, rosters, squads, schedules, and the invite codes players use to join their coach's team. Free, no purchase required: After creating an account, a Trainer can immediately create a team, add players to the roster, edit the team, and invite players via an invite code. Permanent and free - no time limit, no purchase, reviewable before touching In-App Purchase at all. The free tier covers one team per account. What the subscription adds (account based): The subscription extends an existing account. It unlocks additional teams beyond the first, AI-assisted training planning, calendar and event management, finances, documents, and the club board area. The purchase is bound to the BallInOne account, not the Apple ID: the receipt is verified server-side against the signed-in account and stored under that account's user ID. A receipt already linked to another BallInOne account is rejected. The unlocked state is therefore available on every device where the user signs in with the same BallInOne account, and a club-wide subscription held by a board member unlocks the accounts of that club's members. None of this works without an account, which is why registration is required for these features. In-App Purchases: Exactly two auto-renewable subscriptions, both for the Trainer role, sold exclusively via Apple In-App Purchase: - de.ballinone.premium.trainer - EUR 9.99 / month - de.ballinone.premium.trainer.yearly - EUR 99.99 / year Both auto-renew unless cancelled in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. "Restore Purchases" is on the same screen. The club-wide plan is NOT sold inside the iOS app; it is administered centrally for a whole club. The app shows no price, no purchase button and no external link for it (3.1.3(b)). Stripe is used only on our website, never in the iOS app. Suggested review path (Sign-In Information above): 1. Open the app. The first screen requires no account. 2. Sign in with apple-review@ball-in-one.de. Trainer account, no subscription. 3. You land in the Trainer dashboard, not on a purchase screen. It already holds one team, "SV Beispiel U15", with 12 players, on the free tier. 4. Open that team: view the roster, add a player, open team settings to see the invite code. All free. 5. Only then open Account to see the two Trainer products, the EULA and Privacy Policy links, and purchase with a Sandbox Apple ID if you wish. Note on the free tier limit: This demo account already uses its one free team, so "Team anlegen" (create team) shows a notice that further teams require Trainer Premium. That notice is the paid upsell, not a barrier to entry. To verify that creating the FIRST team is free as well, please register a new account with any email address and password - you land in the dashboard and can create a team and roster immediately, with no time limit and no purchase. Optional - fully populated account for feature review: apptest@ball-in-one.de / 123456 - club "FC Test", 4 teams, 40 players, complimentary access. Use the Sign-In account above for the purchase flow. Data collection (5.1.1): Account creation requires only an email address and a password. First and last name are optional. Date of birth is not requested at registration; it is asked only when a player joins a team, because it determines the age group and, for users under 16, the parental consent required by law (GDPR Art. 8). Account deletion (5.1.1(v)): In-app: Account screen > "Konto loeschen" > confirmation. Privacy and tracking (2.1): No data shared with data brokers. No advertising SDKs, ad networks, attribution or marketing trackers, no ads. No tracking cookies; only essential local storage for authentication. No App Tracking Transparency, and our App Privacy declares no data used to track. No NFC functionality.
