Kind of an old school arcade shoot em up. Been playing consistently for over a week now and this game is kind of addicting. I dig the pixel art for the enemies and weapons and at first glance you may think it’ll be a short little game but I just beat it and it actually took about 5 hours in all for me.
You’ll be able to keep all your power ups after you’ve been the main game which makes going back through earlier waves pretty fun, makes you feel like a powerhouse.
There are 200 waves in the base game but once you’ve passed the 100th wave, you’ll unlock an endless mode which is significantly harder because it’s randomized from the start so that adds a bit of challenge BUT any power ups you’ve saved up in the main game carry over between game modes which is just awesome.
They have in app purchases but you can beat the game without buying anything, I just watched a bunch of rewarded ads to build up the amount of good weapons I’d have by the end of the game.
If you want a fun pixelated shooter that provides some challenge then check this out. It’s easy at the start but the different enemy types make the later half of the game really fun.
