Пожалуйста, попробуйте перезагрузить устройство, убедиться, что на нём установлена последняя версия операционной системы и приложения, а также проверить стабильность интернет-соединения. Также рекомендуем проверить, достаточно ли свободного места на устройстве. Если проблема сохранится, пожалуйста, напишите нам на support@amayasoft.com и приложите скриншот или видео.
