14 month old is entertained
My 14 month is able to pop all the sizes of balloons. She is learning dexterity in her hands and hand eye coordination.

Ok for early touch screen users but it would be nice if it moved on to another level. It quickly becomes boring and you can find similar apps for free.
2 year old loves it
If your 2-year-old regularly steals your iPad like mine does, get this game. My daughter took to it immediately. And there are no ads or erroneous buttons for her to click on while playing. I intend to look into other games buy this author. Thanks Joe.
Fantastic for special needs
I have searched for ages for a pop the balloon type App where the balloons don't move and the screen isn't too busy and this App is brilliant. Perfect. The addition of counting each balloon as it pops (up to 10 and start again) is a great option as it provides added feedback that you have popped the balloon. Thank you.

Great first app
Balloon Pops is a wonderful first app for learning cause and effect, pointing skills, and targeting. The balloons, when they pop give a satisfying sound, and kids love this open ended and little demand app! You have the option to turn the music off...a big plus. There are no IAP's or ads. - For kids to adults, Recommended.

Perfectly simple. We love it! It would be neat to have a 1-20 counting option and maybe 1-30 and 1-40 to since he has 1-10 down and loves to count along.

I love it. No adds. No menus. Just balloon popping. Turn off gestures and let your toddler go nuts.

I enjoyed it but for older people there could be a task and you had to pop a certain amount of balloons instead of popping them till you get board and there could be a story line to it to make it better (:
