This app is so ridiculous you have to pay for everything 54 DOLLARS FOR EVERY SINGLE THING
It’s fine. Nothing great.
It’s definitively the ugliest app on my phone. It’s clunky. It’s subscription. But, it works… most of the time. Unfortunately there isn’t a great replacement yet that I’ve found. I’m sure someone will develop something better eventually. For now this is what we get. You can expect a roughly 3 second delay between hitting play and it playing. You can expect a pop up for something stupid EVERY SINGLE TIME you navigate away from the app. You shouldn’t expected fine controls of the audio outside of timing. It needs a facelift. It’s needs tuning. But it won’t get that until some competition forces it. It is what it is.

Glitches
This app always delays to play music! I’ve reached out and done what they told me and we still have problems. It isn’t the speaker or my device. It keeps turning the volume all the way down and the delay is up to 5 seconds at a time.
Not user friendly
I cannot get how to add music for the life of me. I already looked at their videos and the links don’t open up. There has to be a user friendly version of this app!! Does anyone make a simple app anymore.

This app made walk ups super fun! The boys (or their family ask every game for a new song each game and it makes it so smooth! And the professional introductions came back within a couple hours! Alan Roach is the man! Thank you!

Customer support
This is a great app. I wish there was an option to remove last names when announcing I’m trying to figure out if this is an option but it looks like my only option is repurchasing the whole team at $5/kid which is disappointing.

My little league team loves their walk up. I had a little glitch, I messaged Chad and he was in constant communication with me until it got fixed. Superior customer service. I highly recommend for anyone interested in walk up announcements and music!
User friendly and super fun!!
Legit was so easy to use! Being able to customize items is so much fun! Purchasing the professional, custom intros is such a cool feature. So glad we have this app for travel and rec softball.

Use: Walkout Songs app instead
Not really in love with this app. It’s only good for a year then you have to pay/reup. EVERY TIME you open the app, it locks the screen with “tip of the day” which slows down loading songs. Not a fan.
Great App and Great Service
This totally changes the game and pumps up baseball players as they walk up to bat. The kids absolutely love hearing their favorite song and it keeps the fans engaged. As far as the app and how it works you can tell the developers put a lot of thought into the user experience. It is easy to use and a great value. I just upgraded to the professional announcing and it was easy to set up, was done in less than 24 hours, and worked immediately when I opened the app. Great work!!

Everything costs extra
Aside from the immediate cost. You do have to pay additional fees for EVERY SINGLE PLAYER. I won’t recommend this for anyone. There’s not even a “free” option with commenter voices. Not a fan of how the app looks either.
Good but faulty
Works great when it’s not freezing up your phone. Having so many issues as of lately. Takes my phone about 5 min to unfreeze. App is in need of a serious update
