Do not use this app
If I could give it -5 stars I would… horrible app. Put $100 in and went to cash out $1300 they just kicked me out of my account. Money went nowhere, they took it out of my account and never received it. This was February and I’ve been trying to get it back ever since. Horrible app!!!

I was excited to play today to celebrate the end of my exam and low and behold I put money in and not one game worked each one had a different error code so I asked for help from their team I was told to do a bunch of things to make sure that the problem was not on my end. Then after already dealing with this for a half hr I put put in cue to wait for help, however Elaine was not helpful at all she kept asking if jet was ok to leave for a few moments and would come back much later with no clear answers. After an hr and a half of back and forth and getting no where I asked for a refund of which I was told I could not get until a supervises looked at the problem so she went away again and again I was getting so upset because at this point all I wanted was my money back and she insisted I could not get it until I spoke with someone. All in all this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had playing online.

Do not play at this casino !! They do not process your withdrawl they stay ‘under debt’ even though you’re not a new player or new to the site you’ve withdrawn many times before, but they just don’t want to process and give you your money!!! It’s awful never again !!! do not play here !!!
Poor customer service
I had issue where I found $13 missing from my account. I checked out the bet history and a bet was made without my authorization and graded as a loss. My issue was how this was handled by customer service. Rather than refunding the funds my account has been locked and nobody provided any assistance to help this matter in my eyes. Customers shouldn’t have to go through hurdles to get their money back.
