Lose $3M in chips to win $20K.
This app has gone downhill. I know I play for free, but seriously why should I continue to play when I lose 3M in chips/tokens to win $20K on a daily challenge??? What IS Bally’s not hearing when I say NOT enough big wins?????
Same thing happens at the Bally’s Chicago casino. Spend money, and we’ll give you next to nothing in return…

STILL having issues with the app. When I reach out to “support”, it’s a chatbot that wants to ask never-ending questions that never get answered or resolved.
I am also unable to link my rewards account to the online app despite multiple tries. I ask that question in the app and get no response.
Bally’s doesn’t ever respond to complaints or concerns. Not a great business model for a casino/gaming company that needs money and customers if they expect to survive in Chicago. Disappointing to say the least.

I totally agree with the previous review. You buy coins and most likely they will be lost in 30 minutes. The online casino is the same as a real casino. Steals your money. Sets you up to lose lose lose. Only thing I like about this site, no ads. Other than that it’s a money pit

I totally agree with the other one talking about how the machines will not pay. It’s really boring to sit and play a machine and it gives you nothing. Then you go to another and another and they don’t pay. I understand that it’s for entertainment purposes only but my gosh can we win some times. I play Viva Slots Vegas and win millions. That doesn’t happen with Bally. You win a lot more money from me than I do from you.

I have tried to email customer service a couple of times on these games. I have spent lots of money on the last two days on these games and cannot win nothing I have reached out to them, but they seem to ignoring me.
I should’ve never started giving them money to play these game. They should be free. That’s one mistake on myself I learned my lesson so if you decide to play these games, get ready to be took because of they’re worried about is the money. Games are horrible so is customer service?

I’ve been having trouble out this game I like playing this game but the more money you put into it the more they take. I reported this morning that I was having trouble with the points that they give us that you can get. They told me thanks for reaching out to us, but all they did was nothing so I’m given this review I deleted my game and you don’t have to worry about it
