No support, withdrawal issue?
Can’t get to support anymore through the app or even the option here in the App Store. Made a withdrawal and it seems like it’s stuck. Made one last week and was processed within a few hours… this one it’s been almost 24 hours with no update
Support not even in app anymore
Everything was good until you start depositing more money then they take the instant support away without instant support everything starts to bug out and you got money stuck on your acc with no help

Our support team responded immediately. The account had not participated in any games and was restricted after deposit activity triggered our required security review. All funds were returned. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot discuss further account details publicly, but the matter was handled promptly and no customer funds were retained.
