Stuck on loading screen
The Ballz app appears to be stuck on the loading screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling appears to do nothing to remedy the problem. Recent posts appear to suggest this has been fixed. It has not worked for about a week now. Please fix this issue as it renders the app useless. Thanks
Ads even if you pay not to get them
I paid for no ads, admittedly the basic no ad package but still get really long ads every third or fourth game. Not worth waiting the 5 minutes for the ad to finish.

Annoying ads
Great game but, omfg, the amount of ads. Sometimes you can’t get past the ad without having to ‘play’ whatever game it’s advertising. Sometimes you watch the ad then it doesn’t go back to the Ballz game and you lose your score. My husband paid not to have ads but the app seems to have forgotten about it.
I just lost another Ballz game because an ad froze and wouldn’t let me back to the game.
Instead of the pointless rings that get collected that you can’t do much with, why not give an extra life when you manage to eliminate all of the blocks? Or an extra life for collecting a certain amount of rings?

After the recent update end of July 2026 it won’t even open the game on or offline

Used to be able to play while in airplane mode but not any more .
I paid to remove ads and now the game won’t load
Game won’t load. I paid money to remove ads and now I can’t even play. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing.
Game is great, could be GreatER
So I feel like the game could have a in game currency mechanic where each block you break give 1 coin. And you can purchase things with those coins like, Increase income (which would like make every broken block +2 extra coins or +5 based on how many time you purchase it) Which allows you to then easier collect coins to buy stuff like increase damage on your balls. Or a system where after every 5 or 10 rounds you survive without the blocks touching the ground, you get an option to pick one of three perks like double shoot which like 2x the amount of balls you shoot, or an extra life, or like a shield that break the next block that touches the ground. Basically i want a mechanic that makes the game easier for players that really plays fr (Like me)

The ads are absurd!
Even after paying to remove ads I am still being shown them all the time. Fun game but it’s so obnoxious to have to keep restarting the app to stop an ad from playing.

Fun game but…..
Game resets itself every so often and you lose your progress. I’ve been up into the 500’s and return the very next day to play, only to find I’m back down to zero. Very frustrating.
