Terrible!
The app is just wack! I suscribed yet account was inactive. Customer support not a pleasant experience either. Sent several emails yet they didn’t fix it.

Bugs
Not a bad app but when you’re reading a book, the pages just go blank sometimes or just start disappearing and appearing. Also, when you close the app and want to continue reading, it doesn’t resume from where you stopped.

When you log out, it takes donkey years to log in again
Some books don’t load at all
When reading books. Cuts off at probably second chapter and asks you to subscribe despite having an active subscription
The bookmark button is basically useless and when you leave the app midway through a book, you have to start again because the bookmark button is useless
BTW I’ve had an active subscription for almost 2 years because they have great books, yet the same issues have persisted.
Would probably not renew my subscription because I’ve had it with this app.

Good library but Annoying pop ups
Annoying requests for payments keep popping up even when I have a running membership plan… interrupting my read.

Subscription issues
Lovely app but it keeps asking me to subscribe even after I have which is really annoying. Please something should be done about this so I can keep enjoying my readings.

Please do not download or subscribe. I paid for a yearly AND monthly membership and it still says subscribe and doesn’t recognise membership. Please AVOID and go to legitimate apps like kindle. Please AVOID
