Frustrated
I love that they have an app but I wish they could fix the delivery radius considering when I expressed my concern about it, they told me they use DoorDash drivers. I told them I can get orders delivered from DoorDash yet not on their app where I can enjoy the benefits plus they can benefit from me using it. Also, whenever I order on their app for pickup, it takes nearly 30-50 minutes extra after the appointed time to pick up the order because they didn’t see the order!! No discount or even offer a coupon. Plus you have to constantly remind them to place sauces, chopsticks, spoons, and napkins into the bag even if you are ordering on DoorDash!! I love the food but the service is in severe need of improvement.
