I need a SuperPaint app to finish some research projects that were built on SuperPaint and FatBits.

I think it doesn’t work so good. Is the selection not supposed to work? The Size not to change? I also think the rendering of the brush has something weird to it. My advice is that you can have more fun running it on browser I think the Internet archive has the licence for it

Glad this exists but…
It’s a bit too dogmatic in its porting especially considering the Apple pen is such a different experience than an old Mac mouse.
No reason the undo feature can’t have more depth and a gesture shortcut

great concept, needs fine tuning
i absolutely love the idea behind the app but it feels like it needs some more fine tuning, like the ability to change the canvas size allowing for finer detail or the ability to undo something more than one step back.
i'm sure most of these were limitations of the og app but i feel that to make this a widely used app amongst artists, there needs to be some slight quality of life improvements! keep it up!

One pixel?
Is there a way to paint with one pixel at a time, every touch or Apple Pencil tap is more than one?
1984
Coolest pixel art painting app I found. Great picture dithering. Fantastic support too, bug that appeared due to iOS 16 update was fixed within a day! Thank you!
Broken app
I wanted to like this but I have to say I am disappointed overall. Text tool does not work and app crashes frequently. There are more functional free online versions which work. A real shame.
Cool idea, please fix the input code
I really love the app, but it has a flaw that prevents me from using it for serious work—when I place a finger or pen on the screen to begin drawing, the selected tool doesn’t take effect right away; I have to move my finger or pen slightly first. This means everything I draw ends up slightly offset from where I first placed it. It’s hard to draw anything precisely like this. Would definitely be 5 stars if this issue is fixed!

Great MacPaint
Excellent version of the program that really showed off the Mac in 1984. Anyone using a graphic program should try this out as it is the forebear of them all.

Banana Paint is like a trip back in time to the heady days of MacPaint on the original Macintosh. Make the menu selections blink when released and the journey will be complete. Great job!

Wow - this is amazingly well done. I feel like digging my Mac Plus out and converting it into an Banana Jr. I heard the dev is thinking of doing MacWrite and other old apps - I hope so! I’d really love to see Write Now revived but that’s probably pushing things.
